The conference will be held on the third floor of the Dallas Campus, where is in the heart of downtown Dallas. The following information (to our best knowledge) is for reference only. The average temperature in May is about 63-83 degree F (17-28 degree C).
Hotels: The local committee signed a contract with Magnolia Hotel Dallas for a limited number of rooms for the conference at $125/night plus tax (the rooms at $105 are no longer available). There are many other hotels near the conference site. Some are in walking distance, some can provide free shuttle service, and some are near a DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) train station.Hotels in downtown Dallas usually charge for parking. Based on your budget and transportation needs, when you book a hotel, you may want to ask what the cancelation policy is, if the hotel can provide free shuttle service taking you to the conference site, or if the hotel nears a DART station that you can take a train to the conference, and if the hotel charges for parking. Airlines:The official airline for this conference is United Airlines. Conference attendees may get (in most cases) a 5% discount on scheduled service to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on published fares from May 11, 2015 to May 19, 2015.
